A man doesn't usually fall from the sky... but sometimes signs and wonders do happen, and so, after a car accident, a smart city boy (Roman Knizka) ends up in a provincial hospital where Julia is being trained as a nurse. The young man is a lingerie designer, pretends to be very "busy and bossy" and lives extremely beyond his means - unaware that his company has long since been driven to ruin by his closest confidant and therefore into the hands of the competitor. Julia should simply put him out of her mind. But what use is the head when the heart rules. Two people from different worlds come very close to each other and search for their own way between the narrow bigotry of the village and the false temptations of the modern city: somewhere between heaven and hell.
