Copying, serving, organizing the boss's flings. This is the life of intern Ben Kremer (Roman Knizka), a business administration graduate. Despite his top grades and smart appearance, he just can't get ahead in his job - or in life. And so he lives like many of the so-called "internship generation". Ben takes it in stride until the love of his life, Jana (Anna Brüggemann), the company's receptionist, slams the door in his face. Now it's a matter of dignity, of taking life into one's own hands and courageously setting limits for the boss (August Zirner), of proving to oneself who is the master in one's own house - also for Jana's sake and their common future.
