Fünf Tage Vollmond
Forty years ago on a holm in the North Sea, five days before the first man walked on the moon: Johanna’s (Aglaia Szyszkowitz) life with family and farm is very straightforward, clear. High and low tide define the rhythm of life on the holm; the horizon is far away. Johanna is satisfied with this life. But then – Johanna is home alone for five days – geologist Anton Brunner (Klaus J. Behrendt) takes a room at the farm: well-travelled, at home anywhere, forward- and progressive-thinking. The two of them grow closer – shyly at first, until their feelings threaten to run away with them. Their passion grows and the thought of leaving everything behind is sorely tempting. To overcome all boundaries; to reach the horizon and the world beyond. Five days during which man left for the moon – for Johanna and Anton, a time like a “five-day full moon”…
Touching pictures of an emotional moon-landing.
