SARAH KOHR - MORD IM ALTEN LAND
In "Mord im Alten Land", commissar Sarah Kohr (Lisa Maria Potthoff) once again finds her autonomous investigations getting her into trouble. She confirms clear evidence incriminating laboratory assistant Thomas Lichter, who is sentenced to lifelong imprisonment for murdering his lover, but continues to proclaim his innocence. The situation escalates as the sentence is pronounced: Thomas takes Sarah hostage. He flees with her to Altes Land where he has restored a boat, locks her in the car boot and leaves. Hours later, Sarah frees herself. She asks her boss if she can join the search team—although but also because she is involved. There is a drawback, however: she is working alongside commissar Anna Mehringer, the wife of her ex-lover and responsible State Attorney Anton Mehringer (Herbert Knaup). While they search together for their missing suspect, Sarah has to deal with Annas jealous hostility and obviously still unresolved personal situation. ...
